House Rules

To make sure every guest has a great stay, we ask all visitors to respect a few simple rules. Questions? Contact Montree directly.

Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in: 14:00 (2 pm) or later
  • Check-out: 11:00 (11 am) or earlier
  • Early check-in / late check-out available — ask Montree in advance

No smoking indoors

  • Smoking is not permitted inside either property
  • A designated outdoor area is available
  • A cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken

Events & parties

  • Small gatherings of registered guests only
  • No parties, loud music events, or commercial activities
  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00 (10 pm – 8 am)

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted in either property
  • Please contact Montree if you have specific accessibility needs

Guests & occupancy

  • Bangtao15House (1 BR): maximum 2 guests
  • Bangtao 15 Private House (2 BR): maximum 4 guests
  • All guests must be registered at the time of booking
  • Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight

Parking

  • One parking space provided per property
  • No parking obstruction of neighbouring properties

WiFi & utilities

  • High-speed WiFi included at no extra charge
  • Please use electricity and water responsibly
  • Air conditioning should be switched off when leaving the room

Property care

  • Please treat the home as you would your own
  • Report any damage or breakage immediately to Montree
  • Do not remove any furniture or equipment from the property
  • Leave the property in a clean, tidy condition at check-out
